Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with canola oil.

3.Stir in enchilada sauce and chocolate until smooth. Add chicken, A.1. Original Sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, sour cream, cottage cheese, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, and 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese.
4.Dip tortillas in sauce; fill with chicken mixture. Roll up tortillas and place in prepared baking dish.
