1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

5.Line a colander with a cheesecloth or muslin cloth and place it over a bowl.
6.Pour the curdled milk into the cheesecloth and let it drain for 2-3 hours.
7.Gather the cheesecloth and squeeze out any excess liquid.
8.Transfer the farmer's cheese to a container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
