1 can white beans ( cannellini or other )
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta shells or 1/2 cup shell pasta
1 teaspoon rosemary
3 cups Baby Spinach , cleaned and trimmed
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and shallot and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
2.Add the chicken or vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, cannellini or other white beans, whole wheat pasta shells, and rosemary. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through.
3.Gradually add in the baby spinach, stirring until wilted. Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.
