1 medium white onion , thinly diced
2 bells bell peppers , thinly diced
1 large red chili , de-seeded and diced
3 garlic cloves , minced
15 g flat leaf parsley , chopped
1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tomatoes , diced
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
flat bread
1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan or wok on medium-high heat
2.Add the onions and bell peppers and sauté for a minute

5.Add the tomato puree and diced tomatoes and mix well
