Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the bread flour, active dry yeast and salt.
2.In another bowl, mix together warm water and the sugar.

5.Use your hands to knead the dough for at least 10 minutes until a smooth and elastic consistency is reached.

7.Preheat the oven to 450°F and shape the dough into a round shape.
8.Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the bread and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
9.Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F, then reduce the temperature to 375°F and bake for another 20 minutes.
10.Take out the bread from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
