Instructions

1.Grate onions and garlic, and squeeze out the excess juice.
2.In a bowl, mix ground beef, grated onion and garlic, salt and pepper with your hands. Add finely chopped parsley or mint, and mix again.
3.Form the mixture into oval meatballs the size of a small egg and flatten.
4.In a pan, heat olive oil and fry the kofte until both sides are browned.

7.Slice tomatoes and cucumbers thinly, and put them on the bottom part of the bread.
8.Place lettuce on top of the vegetables.
