Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 ounces feta cheese , cute into 4 cubes
2 tablespoons of fresh mint , chopped
4 pita breads ( or 2 large ones cut in half )
hummus
cucumber , thinly sliced
red onion , thinly sliced
fresh tomato , sliced
fresh basil leaf
fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper and cumin.
2.Form 4 patties from the mixture and stuff each patty with a cube of feta cheese.

4.Toast the pita breads for a few seconds on each side.
5.To assemble the burgers, spread hummus inside each pita bread, then add cucumber, red onion, tomato, basil leaf, and spinach leaves.
6.Finally, add the patties, garnish with more fresh mint and serve.
