1/2 pint double cream
1 tablespoon rose water
2 -3 drops of pink food coloring
2 ounces of pink Turkish Delight , chopped up into little 1/8 inch cubes for decoration
icing sugar , for dusting

Instructions

1.In a small saucepan, heat the orange juice and caster sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

4.Fold in the orange juice mixture, rose water, and pink food coloring.
5.Spoon the mixture into 4 dessert glasses and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
