Ingredients

1 cup cold water ( espresso size cup )
1 teaspoon turkish coffee powder

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar , you may add more if you have a sweet tooth
1 cup cold milk ( espresso size cup )
1 teaspoon turkish coffee powder
1 teaspoon sugar
Turkish coffee, also known as Kahve, is a popular coffee beverage from Turkey. It is characterized by its strong flavor and frothy texture achieved by boiling finely ground coffee beans in a pot with water and sugar. Served in small espresso cups, it is often enjoyed after meals or during social gatherings with friends and family. Turkish coffee is also an integral part of Turkish culture and is often offered as a gesture of hospitality. The coffee is served with small Turkish Delight sweets for a sweet taste.

Instructions

1.Add 1 cup of cold water to a Turkish coffee pot.
2.Add 1 teaspoon of Turkish coffee powder to the pot.
3.Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the pot.
4.Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
5.Place the pot on the stove over low heat.
6.Let the coffee brew slowly until it starts to foam.
7.Remove the pot from the heat just before it starts to boil.
8.Ladle the foam into an espresso cup and set aside.
9.Return the remaining mixture to the heat and let it brew again until it foams.
10.Pour the remaining coffee into the same espresso cup.
11.Repeat steps 1 to 10 for each serving.
12.After serving the coffee, take the remaining espresso cup, add 1 teaspoon of Turkish coffee powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar to it and stir for 3-4 seconds.
13.Add 1 cup of cold milk to the pot and heat over low heat.
14.Let the mixture boil until it gets foamy.
15.Serve the hot milk mixture to your guests to enjoy with their Turkish coffee.
