3/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning , or to taste ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
2.In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, 1 teaspoon salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
3.Mix in spinach, Italian cheese blend, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and ketchup until evenly distributed.
4.Spread mixture out on a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll up and shape into a loaf.
5.Place loaf in prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese blend and Italian seasoning.
6.Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7.Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
