2 cans black beans , rinsed and drained
1 jar salsa
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Mexican-style tomatoes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
12 corn tortillas
2 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese , divided

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

6.Repeat with another layer of 6 corn tortillas, remaining turkey or beef mixture and one more cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
7.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
