Ingredients

1 onion , peeled
1 celery rib
2 tablespoons garlic oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 1/3 cups water ( use the tomato cans , you need 2 full cans )
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt , flakes or 1/2 teaspoon table salt
fresh ground black pepper , to taste
1 lb ground turkey
1 egg
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
salt , to taste

Instructions
