1 whole green onion , sliced
1 parsley , Chinese
3 frozen white bread dough , Bridgford
1/2 gallon oil

Instructions

1.Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and add water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours.

5.Serve the congee hot with fried bread sticks on top.
