Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4.In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, whole wheat flour, egg substitute, fresh thyme, chopped garlic, chopped onion, and grated carrot.
5.Add in ground turkey and mix until well combined.
6.With your hands, form the mixture into 12 meatballs, each roughly 2 inches in diameter.
7.Heat the macadamia nut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
8.Transfer the meatballs to the prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
