Ingredients

1 whole chicken , boned
salt and pepper to taste
Creole seasoning to taste
1 duck , boned
1 turkey , boned
3 cups prepared sausage and oyster dressing

Instructions

4.Layer the boned turkey on top of the duck, skin side down. Season with salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning. Using kitchen twine, gently but firmly tie everything together to form a compact oval shape.
5.Place the turducken into a roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours. Remove foil and continue baking until golden brown, about 1 hour.
