Ingredients

1/2 lb ground lamb
5 sprigs flat leaf parsley , chopped
1 hard-boiled egg , chopped
1/4 cup grated gruyere cheese
1 cup French bread , soaked in water , squeezed and chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt ( to taste )
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup flour
2 whole eggs , beaten
1 cup water
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Instructions
