6 1/2 ounces tuna in vegetable oil , drained
1 tablespoon capers , rinsed and chopped
2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley , finely chopped
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese , grated
6 sheets phyllo pastry
2 small eggs

Instructions

1.Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the chopped onion and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

7.Heat up a frying pan. Place the two packages into the frying pan. Cook for around 5 minutes on each side until the pastry becomes golden brown in color.
