Instructions

1.Boil the potatoes until soft and then mash them in a bowl.
2.Add in the garlic, tuna, chili, feta cheese, lemon juice, sour cream, basil, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.

4.Divide the mixture into 12 portions. Wet your hands and roll each portion into a ball. Flatten each ball to form a patty.
5.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, fry the patties in batches until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
6.Serve hot with a lemon wedge, sweet chili sauce, and a green salad.
