1 vine-ripened tomatoes , sliced
40 g reduced-fat cheddar type cheese , finelygrated
fresh herb , to garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
2.In a mixing bowl, mash the drained tuna with reduced-calorie mayonnaise. Add the chopped spring onions, chopped red pepper, snipped chives, and black pepper. Combine all the ingredients well.
3.Cut the baguette half lengthways and place it on a baking tray. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the top of each bread half.
4.Lay tomato slices over the tuna mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Garnish it with fresh herbs.
5.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve hot.
