Instructions

1.Slice the jam rolls and place them in a trifle dish.

4.In another bowl, whip the thickened cream and caster sugar together until stiff peaks form. Spoon the mixture over the top of the jelly.
5.Pour the custard over the cream layer and top with passion fruit pulp and sliced mangoes. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
