Instructions

1.Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
2.Add beaten yolks and egg then beat again

4.Adding the flour mixture to the mixture of butter, sugar, yolk, eggs, buttermilk, mix well and set aside
5.Preheat frying fat to 375 degrees

8.Drain on paper towels
9.Dust with confectioners' sugar
