Ingredients

1 1/2 cups lingonberries or 1 cup red currants
1/2 cup strawberries or 1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites

Instructions

1.In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the lingonberries or red currants, strawberries or raspberries, and sugar over medium heat.

4.In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
5.Gently fold the cooled berry mixture into the egg whites until well combined.
6.Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual glasses and chill in the fridge until set, around 1-2 hours.
