2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup chickpea flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped candy-coated milk chocolate

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a medium saucepan, melt brown sugar, butter, honey/corn syrup, and whole milk over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is smooth.
3.Remove from the heat and stir in 6 oz of chopped bittersweet chocolate until it's melted.
4.Add in eggs and vanilla, whisking constantly until the mixture is combined.
5.In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, chickpea flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
6.Gently fold flour mixture into chocolate mixture and stir until just combined.
7.Fold in the remaining bittersweet chocolate chunks, chopped cranberries, and chopped candy-coated milk chocolate, mixing until everything is evenly distributed.
8.Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan.
9.Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it.
10.Allow brownies to cool down completely before cutting into squares and serving.
