Ingredients

125 g unsalted butter
3/4 cup soft brown sugar
1 egg , lightly beaten
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter or 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup plain flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
175 g white chocolate chips
Triple Choc Peanut Butter Biscuits are a decadent combination of creamy peanut butter, white and dark chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until pale and creamy.
3.Add the egg and beat until well combined.
4.Mix in the peanut butter until it is well distributed.
5.Sift in the flour, bicarbonate of soda, and cocoa powder and stir until just combined.
6.Fold in the white and dark chocolate chips.
7.Roll heaped tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place them on the prepared trays.
8.Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
9.Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
10.Allow the biscuits to cool on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring them onto wire racks to cool completely.
