Ingredients

1/2 cup red capsicum ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup yellow capsicum ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup green capsicum ( finely chopped )
1/2 onion ( finely chopped )
1 teaspoon cumin seed
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup basmati rice ( soaked for 1 hr and drained )

2 tablespoons cottage cheese ( paneer grated , for garnish )
2 tablespoons coriander ( chopped , for garnish )

Instructions

7.Once done, switch off the flame and let the pulav rest for 5 minutes.
8.Garnish with grated cottage cheese and chopped coriander before serving.
