Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, kosher salt, and egg yolks until fully combined.
3.Add the challah bread to the bowl and toss until bread is thoroughly coated. Allow to soak for 15 minutes.
4.Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
5.In the meantime, make the Tres Leches glaze. In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix the sugar, unsalted butter, buttermilk, light corn syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda until well combined. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
6.Once the bread pudding is done baking, pour the Tres Leches glaze over it. Top with toasted slivered almonds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
7.Serve with freshly whipped cream on top.
