2 ounces caster sugar ( superfine sugar )
1/2 teaspoon brandy
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C)
2.Melt the butter and the corn syrup in a pan until combined.
3.Mix the flour, sugar, and ginger.

5.Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking tray.
6.Bake for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Remove from the oven, leave on the tray for one minute, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
