Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F.

5.Roll out the dough till 1/2 inch thick.
6.Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes.

9.Remove the shortbread from the oven, sprinkle with caster sugar if desired and let cool.
