400 g strong white bread flour ( high gluten )
100 g rye flour
2 -3 tablespoons dried onion
water , and onion salt or onion powder , for finish
flour , for dusting

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the tepid water and crumbled yeast.
2.Add the olive oil or melted butter, salt, and sugar and stir to combine.
