2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon , juice of
1 -2 tablespoon heavy cream ( double cream )
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
lemon wedge , for serving

Instructions

1.In a food processor, pulse garlic and parsley until roughly chopped.
2.Add butter, green onions, tarragon, pastis, olive oil, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Pulse until well-blended and smooth.
3.Season with salt and pepper.
4.Transfer to a large piece of plastic wrap and form into a log. Roll up tightly and twist ends to seal.
5.Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
6.Heat oven to 375°F. Toast breadcrumbs on a baking sheet until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
7.Unwrap butter and roll in toasted breadcrumbs.
8.Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice over the top and bread for dipping.
