1 3/4 cups whole milk ( just enough to mix with flour & give a pouring consistency )

Instructions

1.Combine flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together.
3.Add the egg mixture to the bowl of flour.
4.Gradually add milk until a pourable consistency is reached. Mix well.
5.Heat a griddle or heavy skillet over medium heat. Grease with oil or butter.
6.Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the griddle and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7.Serve warm with butter or jam.
