Ingredients

3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup plum sauce ( If you do n't have on the shelf , try Plum Sauce , Asian )
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons ginger , Finely minced
2 tablespoons garlic , minced
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 lbs pork back ribs
3 tablespoons sugar ( white or brown )

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix soy sauce, plum sauce, tomato paste, hoisin sauce, dry sherry, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt and sugar.
2.Clean the pork ribs and remove the silver skin if possible.
3.Pour the sauce mixture into a large resealable plastic bag, add ribs, and then sqeeze the bag to cover the ribs evenly with sauce.
4.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, transfer the ribs onto the grill, and cook for about 25 minutes per side.
5.Serve with your favorite garnish.
