Ingredients

6 -8 boneless chicken thighs
1/2 lb pork , approx . ( any dark cut )
4 cups chicken broth
4 jalapeno peppers
2 habanero peppers
6 -8 garlic cloves , peeled
1 cup onion , chopped
1 lb tomatillo , chopped
2 cans hominy ( not sure of size , just 2 large to medium cans you find at the grocery store )
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper ( to taste )

Instructions
