Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 medium white onion , chopped fine
2 medium carrots , chopped fine
1 red pepper , chopped fine
2 large eggs
breadcrumbs
garlic powder
onion powder
ground black pepper
steak spices ( to taste )
5 -6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
4 -5 dashes maggi seasoning , sauce
2 cans condensed tomato soup

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2.In a large pan, add the vegetable oil and the chopped onions over medium heat until translucent (4-5 minutes).
3.Add the chopped carrots, red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
4.In a separate large bowl, add the lean ground beef and 1 egg. Mix well with your hands. Add breadcrumbs, steak spices, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, Maggi seasoning, and 1 can of condensed tomato soup. Mix well with your hands.
5.Add the cooked vegetables into the meat mix and combine until evenly distributed. Use a fork to beat the other egg and add it into the mixture.
6.Place parchment paper in a baking pan and add the meat mixture into a loaf shape.
7.Spread the remaining can of condensed tomato soup over the top of the meat.
8.Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
9.Let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
