4 whole wheat lasagna noodles , broken in half ( or enough to make 2 layers )
6 ounces vegan veggie crumbles
1/2 cup pasta sauce ( for mix )
1 tablespoon pasta sauce ( for coating pan )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat the bottom of an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce.
2.Add the half-broken lasagna noodles on top of the pasta sauce and spread the crumbles over them.
3.Pour more pasta sauce over the crumble-dusted noodles. Add a layer of shredded vegan mozzarella cheese over the top of the pasta sauce layer.
4.Add another layer of broken lasagna noodles over the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese.
5.Spoon about a cup of torgotta cheese over the noodles and spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula to cover the top of the noodles.
6.Add another layer of shredded vegan mozzarella cheese over the torgotta cheese layer.
7.Top with more trio sauce for a colorful appearance.
8.Cover the pan with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
9.Remove the foil from the top of the pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
10.Once finished, remove from the oven and allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
