1 red pepper , julienned
1 tablespoon cilantro , chopped

5 g of sazon seasoning
4 whole chicken thighs , cut into two
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper

Instructions

8.Cover the skillet with a foil and place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
