Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops , 1/2 inch thick ( I have also used boneless chicken breasts )
2 tablespoons flour
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs ( Japanese bread crumbs )
vegetable oil ( for frying )

Instructions

8.Once heated, carefully add the pork chops and fry until golden brown, flipping once.
9.Once cooked, place the pork chops on a paper towel-lined plate to remove any excess oil.
10.Slice and serve with Tonkatsu sauce or gravy.
