Ingredients

1 red chili pepper , chopped ( i use thai chiles )
1 tablespoon gingerroot , minced
1 garlic clove , minced
2 -3 tablespoons flour
1 pinch sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 dash rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
4 chicken breasts , cut into 1-inch cubes
2 -3 cups broccoli florets ( use as little or as much as you 'd like )
1 tablespoon oil ( peanut , vegetable , or canola )
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 garlic clove , minced

2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/3 cup water or 1/3 cup chicken broth

Instructions
