8 ripe tomatoes , on the vine firm , cut off the vine , leaving a little stalk

1/3 cup pine nuts

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Cook the brown rice in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender, about 45 minutes.
