Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (or 400 degrees F).
2.Cut off the top of each beef tomato and scoop out the pulp using a spoon. Make sure you don't puncture the sides.

4.Stuff the tomato shells with the mixture, packing them tightly.
