4 large firm tomatoes
salt and pepper

4 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cut the top off of each tomato and scoop out the insides.
3.Season the inside of each tomato with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.
