2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved | |
1/2 cup red onion, diced | |
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped | |
1/4 cup olive oil | |
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar | |
1 garlic clove, minced | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
1. | Cook the pasta according to package instructions. |
2. | Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. |
3. | In a large bowl, mix together the pasta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and basil. |
4. | In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. |
