Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2.Add chopped shallots or onion and cook until they start to soften.

5.Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens.
6.Remove the sprigs of thyme and rosemary and place the dip in a serving bowl.
