Ingredients

6 firm cherry tomatoes
6 small fresh mozzarella balls
12 fresh basil leaves
extra virgin olive oil ( the best quality )
salt
fresh ground black pepper
6 bamboo skewers

Instructions

1.Soak the bamboo skewers in water for approximately 10 minutes.
2.Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.

5.Repeat with remaining ingredients.
6.Drizzle the skewers with extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle them with salt and black pepper to taste.
