Ingredients

4 -5 teaspoons olive oil
4 cups penne pasta
2 cups tomato puree
4 cheese slices
4 teaspoons fresh cream
4 -5 baby corn
1/2 cup frozen green pea
1/2 sesame seeds

2 teaspoons chili sauce ( schezwan )
3 teaspoons salt ( as per requirement )
1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves
This Tomato Based Creamy & Cheesy Penne Pasta is a fusion of Italian and Indian cuisine. The creamy tomato-based sauce is cooked with baby corn and green peas, which gives this dish a healthy twist. Instructions

1.Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until al dente. Drain and keep aside.

6.Add the cooked penne pasta to the pan and mix well. Toss on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
7.Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves on top. Serve hot!
