Ingredients

1.5 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
3 1/2 cups crushed canned tomatoes , of best quality coarsely chopped or 3 1/2 cups tomatoes , pulp coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons grated onions
3 tablespoons grated green bell peppers
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes hot sauce ( to taste )
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
splash red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups small baby shrimp
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
