6 sun-dried tomatoes ( packed in a jar )
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
fresh mozzarella cheese
bread , of some variety

Instructions

1.Add diced fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, green onion, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic cloves, shallot, balsamic vinegar and olive oil into a food processor.
2.Pulse until blended, but still chunky.
3.Cut fresh mozzarella cheese into thin slices.
4.Cut bread into thin slices, and lightly toast.
5.Spread tomato mixture onto one slice of bread, top with mozzarella slices and another slice of bread.
6.Repeat as desired.
