Ingredients

6 ripe tomatoes
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup milk
1/2 cup fresh basil
Salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Cut the tomatoes into quarters
2.Peel and chop the onion
3.Peel and chop the garlic
4.Heat olive oil in a pot
5.Add onion and garlic to the pot and cook for 5 minutes
6.Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
7.Add vegetable broth and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes
8.Add milk and let the soup simmer for 10 more minutes
9.Add basil, salt, and pepper to taste
10.Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth
