100 g glutinous-rice flour
100 g soft silken tofu ( You can substitute Firm Tofu for Silken Tofu . )
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons soybean flour ( Kinako )
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons black sesame
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
Tofu Dango is a well-known Japanese sweet treat, often enjoyed with a cup of green tea. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together glutinous-rice flour, silken tofu, and water until well combined.
2.Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into small ball shape.
3.In another bowl, mix together soybean flour (kinako) and sugar. Roll the dango balls into the soybean mixture.
4.In a pan, toast the black sesame seeds over medium heat until fragrant.
5.In a small pot, mix together sugar, soy sauce, and mirin over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
6.Dip the dango balls into the soy sauce mixture and place them onto a skewer with alternating black sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
