1/2 mango , cut brunoise ( cut in 1/8-inch cubes )
1/2 cucumber , peeled and seeded , cut in quarters
2 vine ripe tomatoes , cut brunoise ( cut in 1/8-inch cubes )
1/2 red onion , cut brunoise ( cut in 1/8-inch cubes )
2 scallions , cut thin diagonally
1/4 pineapple , cut brunoise ( cut in 1/8-inch cubes )
1/2 jalapeno pepper , seeded and cut brunoise ( cut in 1/8-inch cubes )

Instructions

4.Add mango, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, scallions, pineapple, and jalapeno pepper to the bowl. Mix well and let it sit in the fridge for an additional 30 minutes.
5.Serve chilled and enjoy!
